Couldn’t be happier to have celebrated and captured Little Miss Charlotte turning one!  We did this portrait session on her actual Birthday.  Sweet Charlotte also shares her birthday with her loving Dad.  So the day was double special!

We went to one of my favorite places in Connecticut – Waveny Park in New Canaan.  Flowers were in full bloom and so were the smiles 😀

Here are a few of my favorite photos! I love the ones towards the end of the session because Charlotte took her first steps! I also loved when we did photos with the white box crate holding the letters O – N – E and the face Charlotte made – as if to say “Let’s do this!” at turning one 😉

Thanks for Lynn and David for working with me again. I’m so glad that our schedules worked out so that we could have fun that day. Hope to see you soon! Much Love!

Sometimes all I need is just 15 minutes to capture some wonderful images! I’m thinking I need to book more mini sessions in the future, but I hate the idea of not spending a full hour with the fun families and kids I have the pleasure of meeting and photographing.

This beautiful mama is expecting a baby boy and I couldn’t be happier for her! I’m also excited for both of her daughters, Valentina and Olivia, who are ready to meet their future baby brother and give him all the love they have!

Here are just a few of my favorite photos 😀 I love the white dresses! I’m a sucker for shabby chic 🙂

I can’t wait to meet and photograph “Baby Brenes” when he arrives in November!

I love maternity sessions! I love to see how big the belly gets! I love to see the joy and happiness that comes when a baby is on its way! And I love it more when I get to meet the baby when the big day arrives 😀 JOY!

This is my second time working with this great family, back when they were expecting Lia.  Now Lia is gonna be a big sister to a little brother – couldn’t be happier for them!!

Here are a few of my favorite photos.  Loved that I finally got to meet Lia and photograph her sweet face.  She knows how to rock a hat and her personality is my favorite kind of personality – silly!  She’s gonna be a great  big sister.

Thanks to Kristen and Fred for working with me again.  I’m so excited to meet Derick! See you soon 😀

“Hot fun in the summer time….” I hum that song every now and then cause it makes me happy! Happy to enjoy some down time and happy to photograph everything under the sun, like happy families 😀

This family in particular traveled all the way from Florida for a nice vacation in New York and Connecticut and luckily for me they scheduled a family session during their stay.

It was a lot of fun for me to see all the kids playing and running around – reminded me of my time as a youngster and playing with all my cousins!  We did a mix of shots with just the kids, kids with grandmas and some of the main family (a fellow Brewster bear!)

Here a few of my favorite happy faces.  That day was special too because there was a big birthday celebration to be enjoyed after the photo session! I’m wishing I had stayed for some cake 😉

Thanks to Karen for reaching out and working with me! It was great to meet your wonderful family and extended family.  Hope to see you again if you visit New York or if ever I’m in your part of town 😀

Is everyone ready for another heat wave? I’m not!  I know it’s summer time and its meant to be hot. I can handle hot – but I can’t handle humidity! Makes for no fun.

But I must admit that even in sticky weather, I still have fun photographing everything, especially cutie pies 😀

Meet Baby Riley! Little Miss Cutie Pie and her big blue eyes made for a fun and quick session.  She lucked out that the weather that weekend had finally cooled down to a normal temperature.   I loved how she look in her sweet pink dress and how she grabbed onto her toes! So cute! The pictures where she doesn’t smile make me laugh too, only because it makes me wonder if she’s thinking “who’s this strange lady behind the camera?” 😉

Here are a few of my favorite photos from that nice day.  I hope to see you again Riley!
