Yipee! and a Woop Woop! I got to photograph this little cutie again as she turned the big THREE!! And for Ellie this age is an awesome one, because she will get to be a big sister next year! What exciting news! I’m beyond thrilled and happy for Ellie and her awesome parents for the bundle of joy that’s coming their way.

They day was C-O-L-D and W-I-N-D-Y, but Ellie didn’t seem to mind any of it as she rocked her tutu and played with her balloons. She also donned a cute Elf PJ to announce the happy news that Santa would be bringing a little brother or sister.

Thanks to Kerri and Ralph for working with me again and your flexibility on the day of the session. You guys are so sweet and Ellie is simply the best because of you two 😀

I always look forward to getting the email with the subject line “It’s that time!” Heck yeah it’s time for me to photograph a favorite family of mine – The Harts

I’ve been taking pictures of this lovely family F-O-R-E-V-E-R!! And I’m so blessed to do so! Honestly – it doesn’t feel like the Holiday Season till I see their happy faces.

The day was crazy cold! Considering that we have had some very mild and spring like weather during November and December – for whatever reason we got the coldest! But they toughed it out and came prepared with smiles and awesome outfits! LOVE!

Here are a few of my favorite photos from that chilly day.  Thank god there were rain boots in the car for mama Hart to walk through the mud with 😉

Twenty Eighteen seems like one big blur to me! Prep for the Holidays seems to take forever and yet Christmas is over in a blink of an eye! So sad! Its why I try to do no work during the month of December so I can fully enjoy all the madness that is the Holiday Season.

Here was my very first Holiday Session for 2018. This mom took advantage of a closed school day and had me come down to photograph her gorgeous kids!

The day was rainy and super cold for an October day – but you would never know it by the sweet faces I captured.

Leia and Giuseppe are pros in front of the camera! Here are a few of my favorite photos of these perfect siblings 😀

I’m still in denial that 2018 is over! No way am I ready for 2019! Nope! Nope! Nope! So in this denial I share with you some of my favorite Holiday Sessions I had this past year. Here is a lovely mix of happy families and happy smiles and adorable coordinated outfits 😀

Some of these sessions were “mini” sessions, some the normal hour, some were new families I had the pleasure of meeting and some sessions were familiar faces I was grateful to see again.

So in my last blog posting, I talked about why the month of September is so great. I also mentioned the awesome song “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire. Well that song is the perfect way I would describe this awesome wedding! The energy, the fun, and absolute joy of that song is Matt and Brittany.

We lucked out with the weather.  Rain knew it had to go so that everyone could celebrate!  Adrian and I enjoyed every moment of photographing this beautiful wedding. The ceremony felt so special and each moment just flowed into more fun!

Here are a few of my favorite photos. Brittany’s dress is absolutely gorgeous! Perfectly matched.  And Matt cleans up nice too 😉
