I think that one of my favorite things about doing holiday sessions is to see what outfits parents pick out for their kids to wear. And this one session did not fail to please! I want this look for myself gosh dang it – but no way can I pull of such a beautiful look like these two precious sisters.

Meet Valentina and Olivia.  They’ve been on my blog many times before and its because they have someone on the inside for that … me… their aunt 😀

I love taking their pictures. They are so sweet and so silly and so lovable – which makes my job not even seem like a job.  Just a moment in time full of joy and fun.

Here are some of my favorite photos from that mildly warm November day.  This fall/winter season has blessed me with some great weather for photos! Lucky me!

Enjoy the cuteness!

Its been a crazy couple of weeks (starting from way back in October) and I can’t believe I’m still not 100% ready for Christmas!  Ahhh! Is it safe to assume I’m not the only one in the same boat??

Anywho…time to get back to what I do best – photos!

Here is one of my favorite family sessions that I had a couple of weeks ago.   We lucked out with the weather and having leaves on the trees (which is was a concern we would lose the leaves, considering the time of year we did this session)  I have to say this year has been awesome for fantastic overcast days (a photographers dream!)

Check out my favorite photos from this loving family! Its always fun working with them 😀 I can’t resist little Joey’s silliness!

I think one of the best things about being a parent is making magical memories and moments for their kids, especially around the holidays! I can’t wait to do that for our kids (for when that day comes…)

Nicky is in for a great and Happy Christmas thanks to his great parents! I have no doubt about it 😀

Here are a few of my favorite photos from this quick and easy photo session.  Now I wonder if I can dress my  husband in the same clothes?? This little handsome guy has the best style I’ve ever seen! He always makes me smile 🙂

I love shooting newborn sessions! Especially when I meet creative and thoughtful parents like I had with this session. Ellie’s parents had great props and outfits for the session.

Once Ellie got to napping, we all went straight to work…and oh what a fun job it was for me!

I loved loved loved Ellie’s new blanket, which was made to look just like her mom’s old baby blanket – what a fantastic and thoughtful gift that was.  As someone who still sleeps with her “baby pillow” I really appreciated the unique touch.

I also loved the baby chef hat and the personalized wooden spoons for the cooking pot photos – I DIED! The cuteness just killed me! I have no doubt she’ll learn great cooking skills from her dad 😀

And of course the star of the session was Ellie herself. Her sweetness and cuteness made the session all the more adorable, especially the way she rocked the crown and fashionable headbands 😉

Hope you enjoy looking at these photos as much as I enjoyed editing them.

Love when I can multi task (I struggle to chew gum and walk sometimes) and on this day I was able to shoot a maternity session and a holiday session in one day with this awesome family! Home run for me! Two home runs!

The family Ortiz is expanding! Couldn’t be happier for them and their future baby girl to come next year!  Especially since I know I’m gonna be photographing another beautiful baby 😀

Check out these photos that had me smiling from ear to ear.  Maks knows how to crack me up! He’s such a funny kid and I know he’ll be a great big brother to his baby sister.

Thanks to Johnny and Michelle for working with me.  I appreciate that you think its normal to do Christmas photos in October – because I would have Christmas all year round! Many hugs and kisses!
